Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager for Loch Raven Village Apartments. This is not an entry-level administrative role. We are looking for a professional with strong office management background who can efficiently run the front office and support property operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day administrative operations of the property office Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and regulatory requirements Manage office supplies, systems, and record-keeping Support the Manager with reporting and special projects Minimum Qualifications (Required) To be considered for this position, you must meet the following: Minimum 3 years of Office Manager or Administrative Manager experience.
