Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating office tasks, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Duties:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Manage Inventory
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Manage calendars for appointments, meetings, and events
  • Cover all Front Desk Shifts
  • Handle front desk inventory
Experience:
  • Proven experience in customer service and office management
  • Proficiency in Opera applications
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate projects effectively
  • Familiarity with order entry processes
  • Experience in file management and organization
  • Prior experience in calendar management This position offers competitive pay based on experience.
