Job Description

Office Manager -
Potomac, MD Full-Time:
$30-$35/hour (based on experience) Excellent Comprehensive Benefits +

Monday-Friday Superkids Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an energetic, experienced, and highly organized Office Manager to lead our Potomac, MD office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the top pediatric and orthodontic dental teams in the DMV area. We're looking for a true leader—someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly and professionally, and knows how to motivate a team while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Experience with Dentrix is strongly preferred, along with a strong understanding of the financial operations of a dental office. If you're a skilled communicator with a passion for leadership and exceptional patient care, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Creating a welcoming, high-end experience for patients and families Supporting a positive, team-oriented workplace culture Managing and responding to appointment inquiries (phone and online) Scheduling patients efficiently and optimizing staff schedules Handling insurance submissions, authorizations, and collections Maintaining accurate records through Dentrix and other systems Ensuring office workflow procedures are followed for top efficiency Leading and developing a team committed to excellent service and patient care
