Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment, providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong skill set in office management, cash handling, and computer skills. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth Handle multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and transfer inquiries efficiently Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management of office supplies, dispatch, BOL, invoicing, and monthly reports Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Previous experience in clerical work, cash handling, or as a receptionist Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us as an Office Administrator and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence! Pay:
$15.50 - $20.00 per hour
