Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support a productive, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate office procedures, and serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and visitors.

ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations and administrative proceduresManage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related needsCoordinate with vendors, service providers, and building managementSupport scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and office eventsMaintain office records, filing systems, and internal documentationAssist with onboarding coordination and employee administrative supportMonitor budgets, expenses, invoices, and basic reportingHelp develop and enforce office policies and proceduresSupport leadership with special projects and operational initiatives
