We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing superior customer service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Front Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and our team. Open door policy with your manager. Responsibilities Coordinate designers' appointment calendars and schedule follow-ups in our CRM. Coordinate administrative functions and support sales, production, and installation teams. Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment. Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, solution-oriented responses. Assist with paperwork, data entry, and maintaining office records. Train and supervise front office staff as needed. Requirements No degree is needed. We are looking for candidates with strong organizational skills. Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor. Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office software. Skilled in coaching front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Managerial experience. Minimum of 1 - 2 years.
