Full-Time | In-OfficeWe are seeking an Office Manager in the Holland area to oversee daily office operations, customer service, order processing, shipping coordination, inventory administration, and accounting support. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, the warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities Manage customer communications, account setup, quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including compliance documentation Maintain inventory records, product batch documentation, and Certificates of Conformance Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Assist with accounts receivable, payment collection, and recordkeeping Coordinate daily with warehouse staff to support inventory management and on-time shipments Ensure office processes, records, and customer information are accurate and up to date Provide administrative and operational support across the organization as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in office administration, operations, customer service, or a related role Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Sage 50, and CRM are a plus Experience with shipping, inventory, accounting, or ERP systems is a plus Position Details Full-time, in-office position Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits available
