Job Summary:
Drive Excellence and "LavenderLove" in the Lansing Community. We offer Competitive Salary w/ Uncapped revenue-sharing bonus program! Are you a seasoned Dental Hygienist (RDH), Dental Assistant (CDA/EFDA), or Senior Front Office Administrator? Ready to translate your clinical or patient-facing expertise into a pivotal Practice Manager role? You will be the on-site leader, responsible for optimizing the practice and upholding our core philosophy of "LavenderLove" warmth, trust, and compassionate care. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit to grow our practice, ensuring our team can focus on delivering exceptional dentistry. Key Responsibilities:
Local Impact, Strategy, and Team Development Local Leadership & Culture Integration:
Lead the
Integration:
Guide the team in adopting the strategic and operational best practices of Lavender Dental Group while preserving the office's "hometown" feel. Champion the "LavenderLove"
Culture:
Mentor all team members (clinical and administrative) to foster a positive, patient-centric, high-performance environment. Provide leadership, utilizing your dental background to resolve complex patient, scheduling, and billing issues efficiently. Create and execute a strategic growth plan levering an EOS Vision Tracker template.
Performance Management & Operations:
Analyze, track, and strategically improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, collections, and patient retention in the Lansing market. Direct all essential administrative functions, including optimizing electronic billing, insurance verification, and account receivables, ensuring high financial health. Oversee scheduling and resource management, ensuring smooth operations that allow our providers to focus on high-quality dentistry.
Required Experience and Attributes:
Dental Expertise Required:
Significant prior experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA/CDA), or as a Seasoned Dental Front Desk Administrator/Supervisor.
Proven Leadership:
Several years of demonstrated success in administrative or leadership roles, preferably in a dental practice.
Integrity & Spirit:
A selfless, positive, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic attitude that aligns with the core principles of "LavenderLove"
Operational Acumen:
Familiarity with the financial and administrative aspects of a busy dental office (e.g., insurance processes, AR, electronic health records).
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
