Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing/Office Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and streamline office operations. This dynamic role combines strategic marketing planning with administrative oversight, ensuring our brand presence is compelling across multiple channels while maintaining a smooth, efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and organizational excellence. Create engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms using copywriting skills and Adobe Creative Suite tools. Oversee the company's digital presence through WordPress website management, HTML updates, and performance analysis to enhance user experience and engagement. Coordinate advertising sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and preparing proposals aligned with B2B marketing goals. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas in e-commerce and product management sectors. Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly; analyze data to refine strategies for improved ROI using analytics tools like Google Analytics. Support office administration by managing budgets for marketing projects, coordinating team schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing techniques. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and Google Analytics is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences. Experience in B2B marketing strategies, advertising sales processes, and e-commerce platforms is preferred. Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp will be advantageous. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making; experience with Google AdWords campaigns is a plus.
