Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly. This vital role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting office functions, and ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and clients. We are a small company, so the tasks will very, and the goal is to cross train all support positions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to handle a variety of responsibilities with energy and professionalism. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients over the phone, addressing their needs promptly to set up new case files, which includes running all supporting documents as needed. Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and our customized business program called Enterprise Business System Support office management activities such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Support personal assistant functions as needed, including time management for executives or team members Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic computer literacy Ability to manage time efficiently and work independantly Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional communication abilities Join us as an Office Administrator where your organizational expertise fuels our success!
