We are seeking a proactive, polished, and people‑focused Receptionist/Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our newly opened Richland, MI office. What You'll Do You will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and clients feel valued from the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities include:
Warmly greet clients and prospects upon arrival Professionally manage incoming calls, transfers, voicemails, and virtual meeting setup Competently answer client questions and provide friendly, knowledgeable support Assist clients with completing forms and navigating our digital tools Open and close the office following established protocols Maintain organized visitor‑facing and common areas Receive, sort, and log daily mail and deliveries Maintain office supplies, stationery, inventory, and beverage room supplies Learn and utilize proprietary technology systems Update client information and keep the CRM current Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments and calendars Assist with company projects and collaborate with team members Help coordinate building maintenance requests and small facility projects Scan, copy, name, and file client documents and financial statements What We're Looking For Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Friendly, professional presence with a customer‑service mindset Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; spreadsheet proficiency required Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and eager to learn Why You'll Love Working With Us Supportive, team‑oriented culture Opportunities for career development and growth Meaningful work that directly enhances client experience Competitive pay and a professional, stable workplace
