Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our operations and keep our office running smoothly. This role is crucial to ensuring projects, clients, and team members are well-supported behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing. Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors. Assist with project documentation, permits, and tracking project progress. Coordinate meetings and appointments for project managers and staff. Maintain organized records of budgets, invoices, and contracts. Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous office administration experience, preferably in construction, remodeling, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
