Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our client's team and ensure the smooth operation of the office environment. This vital role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining efficient office procedures, and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors alike. Responsibilities Manage timekeeping and payroll processes. Accurately maintain and input data in internal systems. Support invoicing, A/P and A/R, and lump-sum billing tracking. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items. Timely distribution of materials, including employee paychecks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Pay:
Up to $27.00 per hour
