Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-state payroll processes, including handling commissions and benefit deferrals.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, including manual check processing.
- Monitor cash flow, execute bank transfers, and perform reconciliations for accounts and general ledgers.
- Prepare annual budgets and develop recommendations for technology investments.
- Ensure compliance with trust accounting practices across multiple accounts.
- Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives to support employee development.
- Administer employee benefits programs and oversee renewals, vendor evaluations, and compliance testing.
- Research, purchase, and maintain computer hardware and software, coordinating with external IT providers as needed.
- Manage office operations, including space planning, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Document meeting minutes, prepare agendas, and support leadership with special projects.
