Job Description

Job Description Answer all phone calls and direct them where they need to go. The first face customers see when they enter the building Handle updating vehicle inventory and making sure website and vehicle descriptions are up to date. Handle all end of month reports and communicate with accountant accordingly. Manage all Inventory leads that come through and give to apropriate salesman. Proccess all titles after vehicle sales and bring to motor vehicle during the transfer window Make sure Coffee is made everyday and also make sure supplies for office are stocked Answer e-mails and print out any bills that come through Add part costs to vehicles after they have been through service department! Mark all inventory vehicles "Held For Resale" in the state system within 48 hours of acquiring vehicle Attend any online State trainings to stay up to date on Dealer Qualifications with the State of MN Renew Dealers License each year before deadline Keep business facebook page up to date Keep front office & bathroom clean
  • This is a full time position Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm and every other Saturday from 9:00am-3:00pm with a day off during the week when having to work Saturday. Training will be provided
  • Wage:
    $18.50 an hour plus commission
  • Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills required!
  • Good Customer Service & Communication Required!
