Fitness Focus is looking for a Full-Time Front Office Manager to help lead the patient experience and keep our clinic running smoothly each day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the organizational hub of a clinic: welcoming patients, managing schedules, supporting insurance and payment processes, communicating with the clinical team, and making sure every detail is handled with care. Our team provides individualized physical therapy and wellness services in a supportive, patient-centered environment. As our Front Office Manager, you will play an important role in making sure each person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, informed, and well cared for. Why Join Fitness Focus? Schedule Monday-Friday:
7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (some flexibility)
Responsibilities:
As the Front Office Manager, you will help create a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for patients, clients, providers, and referral sources. You will also help ensure the front office is organized, accurate, and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism - whether in person or by phone Own the check-in/check-out process including collecting co-pays and verifying insurance Manage scheduling, cancellations, and appointment flow Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and referral sources Track insurance claims, denials, and follow-ups Support overall front office operations and clinic efficiency What Makes You a Great Fit You're warm, professional, and confident interacting with patients You're highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once You're detail-oriented, organized and confident managing a busy front desk You have experience with insurance verification , EMRs , and clinic operations You thrive in a structured environment and aren't afraid to enforce policies tactfully You're a natural problem solver and multitasker with a service-first mindset Prior experience in a physical therapy or medical setting highly preferred, but not required
Qualifications:
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Experience with insurance verification and authorizations strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Physical therapy or outpatient medical setting EMR or scheduling software experience Apply today to join a team that values both patient care and the people who make it happen.
Pay Range:
USD $24.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
