Part-Time Bookkeeper/Office Manager BC Contracting - 4.6 Maplewood, MN Job Details Part-time $22 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Attention to detail QuickBooks Organizational skills Office management Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team! organization. As a key member of our team, you will oversee bookkeeping activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support daily office operations. This position is perfect for someone passionate about accounting and administration who thrives in a collaborative setting. Duties Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks accounting software, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Support payroll job duties Enter accounts payable for management's approval, and issuance of checks Prepare billings, record billings, and cash receipts Sales tax reporting Complete Work Comp Audits Request vendor W-9's and complete 1099 filings Qualifications Experience with payroll processing and tax-related tasks is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Experience with QuickBooks Online is a preferred.
