Job Description

Front Office Manager We are looking for a bright and energetic Front Office Manager for the Days Hotel by Wyndham on University management team. We hope to find someone that is ready to take the next steps in their hospitality career in this management position. Duties Include (but not limited to): Training, Scheduling, and Managing Front Desk Staff Managing Guest Experience and Escalated Complaints Daily Accounting and Reservation balance sheets Maintaining Work Flow between Front Desk, Maintenance, and Housekeeping departments
Qualifications:
5 years experience in hotels 1 year experience in Assistant Front Office position (or comparable) Computer/ Accounting Experience (Microsoft Office & Opera Reservation System) Flexible Availability for a 24-7 industry position Experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation Skilled problem solver to find solutions for guests and staff High energy and positive person that thrives on multitasking in a fast paced environment
