Our continued success is built on strong systems, clear communication, and a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality work from the first customer call to final project completion. We are currently seeking an organized and dependable Office Administrator to support daily office operations and help keep our internal processes running efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to join a growing company where your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will have a direct impact on the success of the business. What You'll Do Schedule estimate appointments for incoming leads Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, CRM platforms, and internal systems Manage Google Calendars for appointments, meetings, and deadlines Process payroll and assist with administrative reporting Order office and project-related materials and supplies Support leadership with special projects and operational tasks Help maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist with customer follow-up and internal communication Qualifications Previous administrative, office support, or coordination experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Experience with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and CRM software is preferred Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Work Environment Our office is designed to support productivity and organization, with: High-performance computer systems and dual-monitor workstations Updated software and digital tools Private office space Newly constructed facilities with modern amenities Ongoing investments in workflow improvements and technology Compensation & Benefits $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience Paid training and onboarding Yearly employee reward opportunities Year-end bonus potential Health insurance reimbursement Retirement plan opportunities Paid time off Mileage reimbursement Company apparel Company events and team outings Advancement opportunities with long-term potential Why Join Custom Construction Services?
