This role goes beyond traditional office management: you'll be a key driver of our in-office experience, helping create an environment where people feel connected, supported, and excited to be part of Thought Logic. You'll own the day-to-day operations that keep the office running smoothly, while also playing a central role in building our culture through events, engagement, and connection across offices. What You'll Do Office Operations Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming environment Order and maintain office supplies, snacks, beverages, and other workplace essentials Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers Own office organization, cleanliness, and overall experience for employees and visitors Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, welcome experience, etc.) Employee Experience & Engagement Help plan and execute in-office events, team gatherings, celebrations, and engagement initiatives Partner with HR and employee engagement committees to bring culture-building ideas to life Help create meaningful in-office moments that encourage connection and collaboration Support recognition efforts, milestones, and special programs Cross-Office Connection Act as a connector between our Minnesota office and other Thought Logic locations Collaborate with teams across offices to align on engagement initiatives and shared experiences Help ensure remote and hybrid employees feel included and connected Culture & Experience Be a visible, approachable presence in the office, someone employees can rely on Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace culture Bring new ideas for improving the employee experience and office environment Continuously look for ways to enhance how our space supports collaboration and community What You Bring/Who You'll Work With What You Bring 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, or similar roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you keep things running smoothly without being asked A natural ability to build relationships and create a welcoming, people-first environment Experience planning events or engagement initiatives (corporate or community-based) Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment A proactive mindset; you anticipate needs and take action without waiting for direction Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with different teams Energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for creating great employee experiences Who You'll Work With Local office leadership and employees across all levels HR and Employee Experience partners Engagement committees (e.g., culture, events, DEI initiatives) Colleagues across other Thought Logic offices to drive connection and consistency Why Thought Logic Be part of a growing consulting firm where culture and employee experience truly matter Have a direct impact on how employees experience the workplace every day Bring your ideas to life in a collaborative environment that values creativity and ownership Work with a team that cares deeply about connection, engagement, and doing great work together Help shape the feel and energy of a high-growth, people-first organization About Thought Logic Consulting At Thought Logic, we believe consulting should work differently.
