DESCRIPTION
Annunciation Parish, a vibrant, multigenerational parish in South Minneapolis, is seeking a Parish office manager. Come join our joy! Serves as the primary liaison between parishioners and administrative staff, acting as the first point of contact. Must have a welcoming presence and joy for service. Provides administrative support to Business Management, Pastoral Care, Director of Development, Community Outreach, Archdiocese-compliant requirements, parish database, and parish events as needed. Ensures all church spaces are organized and ready for use. Prepare, manage, and communicate the organization's calendar. Communicate office closure and holiday schedules. Manage office operations and procedures, handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and maintain records and files (digital, physical). Manage office facilities and equipment, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and procurement of supplies, furniture, and facilities-related services to support daily operations and employee needs. Coordinate office security measures, including access control/Fobs, codes, and door schedules. Acts as liaison with building maintenance and housekeeping companies Coordinate volunteer communication and assist volunteers with needs Maintains church permanent collection records Annunciation offers a generous, comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance coverage for employees and their eligible dependents, with options for a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), depending on the chosen health plan. QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Action-oriented and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Computer experience, Google Suite, Excel, Word, Salesforce, Jotform, S'More Good communication skills and phone etiquette. Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and projects Non Profit experience and a love for the greater mission of the Church and serving others.
