Office Manager

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee administrative operations in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This long-term contract position requires someone with strong multitasking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing office functions. Responsibilities:

• Manage construction billing processes and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
• Handle payroll tasks using QuickBooks, maintaining compliance with company standards.
• Process invoices promptly and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Oversee project management efforts, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Utilize basic Excel skills to organize and analyze data effectively.
• Perform receptionist duties such as answering calls and greeting visitors.
• Maintain and order office supplies to support daily operations.
• Ensure accounts payable processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop and implement administrative procedures to enhance office efficiency.
