Job Description

Join Our Team as a Front Office Manager! We are currently seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our team at BW Plus Kelly Inn in St. Cloud, MN. As the Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and guest services. This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries. Train, supervise, and motivate front desk staff to deliver top-notch service to guests. Handle guest complaints/requests and ensure prompt resolution to maintain guest satisfaction. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline front office operations. Monitor and maintain front desk inventory and supplies.
Qualifications:
Prior front desk or supervisory experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Why Work For Us?
