Job Description

Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Magnum is hiring an Office Administrator to support our operations by delivering excellent customer service and coordinating freight activity. This role works closely with both internal teams and external customers to ensure shipments are handled accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do Build relationships and provide excellent customer service via phone and email Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and calm manner Enter pickups, returns, and customer information into the system Track and trace shipments and provide status updates Process freight bill changes and cancellations Take ownership of customer issues by diagnosing, resolving, and following through Educate customers on Magnum's technology and service solutions Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service Perform additional administrative duties as assigned This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package available, including: Health Insurance with HSA and FSA Options Company Paid Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Ideal candidates have:
Experience with data entry, Microsoft Office, and general computer applications Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle situations calmly and professionally High level of attention to detail when composing, typing, and reviewing documents Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
Education & Experience:
Associate degree (or higher) in Accounting, Business Management, or related field preferred OR 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative, accounting, or office support roles
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This position is performed in an office environment where employees spend extended periods working at a desk using computers and standard office equipment. The role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, as well as continuous use of communication and computer systems. Employees must be able to communicate effectively and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required, along with the ability to travel as needed.
