for our TEAM We're looking for an Office Manager who's ready to step into a purpose-driven environment. This role is perfect for someone who is logical, strategic, detailed, a self starter, results oriented, and a problem solver. They enjoy collaboratively working with a team, tasks and holding the team accountable to reaching goals! The purpose of this role is to support the company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. They report directly to the clinical director on team and office key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities Maximizing patient care, clinic growth/stability and maximize team effort Supervise staff including CAs and interns Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures including controlling correspondence, designing systems and assigning and monitoring administrative functions. Fulfill human resources role including assisting in hiring and evaluating staff, maintaining company office policies, procedures and employee manuals, confirming compliance with employment laws Responsible for office bookkeeping including preparing payroll, monitoring vacation schedules, overseeing bonus programs and accounts payable; sales tax Manage all Patient Accounts Review patient cases and handle all issues with "patients in need of special care" Entering EFTs Reconciliation of patient accounts each month Maintain office statistics (Vital Signs) and keep doctors informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information; identifying trends Maintain knowledge of insurance and medical billing for motor vehicle and worker comp cases Ordering office supplies and supplements Maintain office operating systems and updates Keep office running efficiently Qualifications Experience working with a team and leadership role of some sort Compensation & Benefits Average is 30-35 hours/week. Pay is hourly to begin and can turn to salary Starting at $22-$27/hour depending on experience Employee discounts on services and products Opportunities for professional development and mentorship.
