EMPLOYEE-OWNED
distributor seeks an enthusiastic and highly organized Office Manager to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Operations :
Manage day to day office activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and front desk support.
Administrative Support :
Prepare reports and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Member of the sales and marketing team. Analyze success of various sales and marketing campaigns.
Human Resources & Onboarding :
Member of human resources team and coordinates the onboarding/offboarding of new hires, maintaining employee records, and updating company policies.
Communication :
Act as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries and plan team building activities, company events, and meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience :
2+ years of proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or a comparable administrative role. Human resource experience a plus.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to quickly learn new computer skills.
Organization :
Exceptional multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent time management skills in a fast paced environment.
Communication :
Strong verbal and written communication skills alongside high emotional intelligence for conflict resolution and customer/visitor interaction.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
