Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines the responsibilities of overseeing daily office operations with managing financial records and bookkeeping tasks. Duties Oversee daily office functions including filing, data entry, calendar management, and organization of supplies Provide excellent customer support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software; handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing appointments, and coordinating meetings Ensure office efficiency by managing clerical duties like photocopying, mailing, and maintaining filing systems Assist with bookkeeping responsibilities including bank reconciliations, payroll support, and financial reporting Works in Xactimate to create estimates for insurance companies Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and general computer literacy Previous clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette; experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and financial expertise will make a real impact! $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
