Job Description
- Partner with financial aid, admissions and other enrollment management teams to integrate financial education and coaching into recruitment and onboarding experiences
- Support prospective students and families in understanding affordability, aid options, and long-term financial planning
- Ensure financial success strategies enhance enrollment yield and informed decision-making
- Lead financial wellness programming for current students, including workshops, one-on-one coaching, digital resources, and targeted interventions
- Collaborate with financial aid, advising, and student support units to provide coordinated, student-centered financial guidance
- Use data to inform strategy, identify gaps, and continuously improve services
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, stakeholders, and external audiences Shift M-F 8am-5pm, some evening and weekend travel required Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in higher education, public administration, social work, finance, or a related field strongly preferred.
