Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Experienced Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, effective team coordination, and seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating an efficient, welcoming workplace. Your leadership will foster a productive atmosphere while managing vendor relationships, overseeing office procedures, and supporting human resources functions. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and calendar scheduling for staff and executives Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance team performance Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of office supplies and services Coordinate event planning activities for meetings, company events, and employee engagement programs Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and support budgeting efforts Oversee human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, filing personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company policies Maintain organized filing systems, manage document control processes, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership roles with supervising experience . At least 3-5 years experience. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and invoicing. Computer proficiency Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, calendars, and multiple priorities efficiently Experience in event planning, vendor management, and budget oversight Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and front desk operations Ability to handle human resources responsibilities including training & development and employee record management Join us to be at the heart of a vibrant office environment where your leadership drives success!
