Job Description:
As the Cape Girardeau Pepsi MidAmerica Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and administrative functions. You will oversee the day-to-day activities, help with inventory, and support various departments within Pepsi MidAmerica. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Coordinate and maintain office schedules, appointments, and meetings. Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning. Oversee office budgets and expenses, tracking and reporting variances as necessary. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and contractors, ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery of services. Foster a positive and inclusive office culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
Preferred - Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in office software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a team. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
