Are you a master multitasker who loves numbers just as much as you enjoy helping people? We are looking for a versatile Administrative & Accounting Support Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you won t just be stuck behind a spreadsheet-you will be the heartbeat of our office, supporting everything from day-to-day accounting to customer orders and front-office operations. Provide essential AP/AR support (including invoice entry, payment processing, and customer statements), assist with monthly reconciliations and journal entries, and help prepare financial reports for HQ.
Order & Production Coordination:
Process customer orders, collaborate with the production team on order updates, and act as a liaison for customer confirmations and status updates.
Logistics & Administrative Backup:
Offer backup support for domestic and international shipping paperwork, while maintaining building records and necessary licenses.
Front Office & Guest Experience:
Greet visitors, manage and route incoming phone calls, and handle the ordering and inventory for office and breakroom supplies.
