Office Manager 506 N Missouri St, Macon, MO 63552 $16 an hour - Full-time $16 an hour - Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative functions, maintaining efficient office workflows, and providing exceptional support to our Brokers and Agents. The ideal candidate will proactive attitude, time management, and organizational skills . As Office Manager, you will oversee administrative processes, manage office supplies, manage and update real estate listings, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, friendly, and professional office atmosphere. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with proper phone etiquette. Oversee daily office operations such as filing, real estate listing management, social media management, and maintaining organized record-keeping systems. Utilize computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings while ensuring all scheduling is up-to-date and efficiently managed. Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, handling mail distribution, and supporting administrative projects. Maintain office supplies inventory; place orders as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly without interruptions. Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients or visitors with inquiries and assisting with general office support tasks. Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting. Assist with onboarding new employees or interns by preparing workspace setups and providing necessary orientation materials. Implement organizational systems that improve workflow efficiency and promote a positive work environment. Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting. Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace tools, QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette. Clerical experience including data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. Experience working as a receptionist, office manager, or similar roles are highly desirable. Knowledge of office equipment operation such as printers, scanners, fax machines along with basic bookkeeping skills for accurate record-keeping.
