Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional experience. You will manage daily administrative operations, oversee vendor relationships, and support various office functions. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster a smooth-running office environment, enabling our team to focus on delivering exceptional service and results in fundraising and reaching our mission and vision goals. Duties Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy Handle bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, petty cash and box office management, basic finance entries, check writing and printing Assist with box office sales in our ticketing system during our symphonic season Support office management duties including filing systems, document organization, and record keeping (including entries and donations in our CRM system) Assist in coordinating the planning for concerts or events. Attend as many concerts on 7 weekends per year to assist with execution Assist with some social media activities Skills Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette A "can do" customer service attitude Proficiency in Google Workspace a plus Familiarity with bookkeeping and possibly payroll processing (ADP) Experience with the musical arts or nonprofits and a love of music is desirable, but not mandatory Knowledge of vendor management processes and budgeting principles Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, record keeping, and donor management Experience in office management or similar environments is a plus Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a sometimes fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Join us to be an essential part of a small but mighty team dedicated to excellence! Pay:
$16.00 - $17.50 per hour
