In this vital role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and support the front office team in delivering seamless hospitality. Responsibilities Assist in managing the front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out procedures and reservations management Supervise and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold hotel standards Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude Support night audit processes, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift Maintain effective phone etiquette and manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and internal departments efficiently Oversee guest relations efforts to ensure high satisfaction levels, addressing issues promptly and courteously Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with training new team members on hotel policies, customer service protocols, and operational procedures Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Experience with night audit procedures and guest services is a plus Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and creating memorable experiences This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to grow their career in hospitality management.
