Role Overview Hours:
25-30 hours per week
Schedule:
Flexible, but with consistent daytime hours; can align with a school-day schedule if needed
Location:

Adaptable and Responsive You can manage multiple priorities at once and operate with a strong sense of urgency. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage calendars for the CEO and other members of leadership, including scheduling, reminders, and coordination Coordinate monthly staff meetings, including materials and logistics Track CEO and other executive time on a daily basis Assist with special projects for the CEO and leadership team Partner with Marketing on internal events, client gatherings, and team celebrations Office Management Maintain office and conference room calendars and ensure best practices are followed Oversee office organization, cleanliness, and maintenance by coordinating with facility vendors Order and manage office and kitchen supplies Coordinate in-office meals and hospitality for clients and staff Answer and direct incoming calls as needed Basic IT Coordination Coordinate with external IT vendors on employee technology needs Assist with equipment setup, returns, and lease coordination Provide basic, on-site troubleshooting support for employees Escalate recurring issues or larger needs to leadership Assist with phone and voicemail setup as needed Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of relevant experience Experience with calendar management and office coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills High attention to detail and strong critical thinking ability Preferred Familiarity with Mac OS Interest in basic IT troubleshooting and using AI to create efficiencies Other Benefits 401(k) with 3% match Paid holidays, PTO, and sick days in line with part-time schedule Insurance if needed
