In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, manage guest relations, and ensure smooth communication across all hotel departments. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality management, and thrives in a fast-paced hotel setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape memorable guest stays while demonstrating top-tier customer service skills. Duties Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain service quality Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and support to guests and team members Train and motivate front desk team members to uphold service standards and foster a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment Strong background in customer service, with excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems Experience with night audit procedures and guest services management Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Familiarity with hospitality best practices, including phone etiquette and guest relations strategies Previous Hilton Experience is a plus Join us to lead our front office team with enthusiasm and professionalism!
