Full Job Description Job Description:
Office Manager Neighborhood Loans is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Rock Hill, Missouri (St. Louis Area). This individual will play a key role in supporting loan officers, maintaining office efficiency, coordinating events and marketing initiatives, and ensuring outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized workspace Answer phones, greet clients, and provide a welcoming office experience Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and team calendars Support leadership with administrative tasks and office coordination Ensure office systems and processes run efficiently Assist loan officers and staff with administrative support Help manage incoming leads and client communication Organize files, documents, and internal reporting Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and team members Help monitor office workflows and assist in maintaining accountability Assist with planning client appreciation events, realtor events, and community outreach Coordinate marketing materials, office promotions, and social media support Work with the team to help maintain brand consistency and office presentation Support recruiting and business development initiatives when needed Ensure clients receive prompt and professional communication Help create a positive and high-energy office culture Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
Previous office management, administrative, or operations experience preferred Mortgage, real estate, banking, or sales office experience is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
