Office Manager/Executive Assistant

We are looking for someone to be the front office first line of contact for our company. We are a growing machining and fabrication company servicing a variety of customers both large and small.

The responsibilities include:

Screen and direct all incoming calls and customers Accounting functions, accounts payable and receivable, and customer invoicing Employee interaction and human resource responsibilities Maintain calendars, organize events and activities Manage office functions and services What we are looking for in a candidate: Someone who is friendly, outgoing, and professional Ability to type and draft all types of correspondence Ability to multi-task Organizational skills Someone with previous executive assistant, accounting, and/or human resource experience We have a friendly environment with room for growth, an excellent benefits package, and paid time off.
