Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent administrative support. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries. Greet visitors and provide professional customer service. Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation. Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars. Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to timesheets. Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents. Support management with administrative projects and special assignments. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Ensure the office remains organized and operates efficiently. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative, office assistant, or customer service experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
