Office Manager II - Urology Physicians - FT - Days

Job Summary:

Responsible for directing the efficient daily operation of the business office functions. Provides coordination amongst staff and provides linkage between Outpatient Clinics and Hospital system. Maintains office operations for multiple clinics regarding billing, scheduling, staffing, and hospital system.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensure:

Valid Driver's License (for eligibility to be covered by Hospital insurance).

Experience:

Three (3) years of clerical experience in a healthcare setting with one (1) year in a supervisory role.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

Excellent written and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in computer skills. Knowledge of general office procedures and uses of office equipment. Ability to multitask and manage high-volume workloads. Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to interpret federal and state guidelines.
