Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering guest satisfaction and operational excellence across our resort or hotel property. Duties Supervise front desk staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining excellent customer service standards Oversee guest services operations, including handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with guests and internal teams Conduct night audits to verify daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management review Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are promptly addressed Implement and monitor hotel policies related to guest relations, phone etiquette, and front desk procedures Train new team members on hospitality best practices, including bilingual communication skills when applicable Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on guest services Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in night audit procedures and handling guest relations in resort or hotel environments Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Front Office Manager to lead with energy, elevate the guest experience, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning time after time.
