Job Description

Office Manager - Ranch / Property Owners Association Sun West Ranch POA is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations for a private ranch community in the Madison Valley. This position works closely with the Ranch Manager, Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors to help keep ranch operations running smoothly. The role is primarily administrative and customer-service focused and is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and working in a small office environment. Responsibilities Answer and manage office emails, phone calls, and homeowner communication Organize and maintain office files and records Assist with board meeting preparation, agendas, Zoom setup, and meeting minutes Coordinate homeowner forms, sign-ups, and notices Maintain homeowner information in office systems and databases Assist with ARC (Architectural Review Committee) tracking and filing Coordinate vendor communication and scheduling Help manage ranch calendars, documents, and office supplies Support seasonal ranch programs and annual events Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Professional and friendly demeanor Experience with Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic office technology Attention to detail and confidentiality Previous office administration experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Housing provided Monthly health insurance stipend Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off and holidays Schedule Full-time/ Part-time optional in winter months Located near Ennis in the beautiful Madison Valley.
