Job Description

A well-established manufacturing and industrial services organization is seeking an experienced Office Manager in Ayden, NC, with the possibility for an ideal candidate to work from the Apex, NC office. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a cornerstone operational role where you will directly support financial integrity, HR functions, compliance, and day-to-day business continuity across multiple sites. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Office Manager position include: 5+ years of experience in office management, accounting, or administrative leadership, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, payroll systems, financial reporting, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Support month-end and year-end close, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, review financial statements, and prepare cash flow projections Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase orders, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collection outreach Process weekly payroll, commissions, employee reimbursements, benefits enrollment, 401(k) administration, and HR records Maintain compliance records, certifications, licenses, insurance programs, regulatory filings, DOT medical certifications, and required training documentation Support facilities and administrative operations including inventory ordering, vendor coordination, vehicle records, inspections, office supplies, mail, filing, and phone backup Travel between Sieber/Pure Clean sites for check-in visits as needed
Salary:
$65,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
