Schedule:

Monday - Friday What You'll Do

• Oversee daily office and administrative operations
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and company communications
• Support project management activities including tracking timelines, deliverables, and operational tasks
• Maintain organized records, reports, and confidential business documentation
• Assist with purchasing, vendor coordination, and office supply management
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, and administrative HR functions
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations for leadership
• Collaborate with manufacturing and operational teams to support business objectives What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years of office management or project coordination experience required
• Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or GMP experience preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
