Office Manager (Capsule Manufacturing)

8:00am - 5:00pmSchedule:
Monday - Friday What You'll Do- Oversee daily office and administrative operations
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and company communications
- Support project management activities including tracking timelines, deliverables, and operational tasks
- Maintain organized records, reports, and confidential business documentation
- Assist with purchasing, vendor coordination, and office supply management
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, and administrative HR functions
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Collaborate with manufacturing and operational teams to support business objectives What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of office management or project coordination experience required
- Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or GMP experience preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us
