As part of our Automotive Office Support Staff, you'll be right at the center of our operations, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you'll manage data, review documents for accuracy, and work closely with dealership teams and leadership to support daily operations and keep things moving forward. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a strong commitment to accuracy and collaboration.

Entering and maintaining data in databases or spreadsheets Collaborating with other staff members and departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow Working with vehicle titles Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment. Prepare miscellaneous reports Other duties assignedAutomotive Office Support Staff Requirements:
Ability to manage a high level of discretion and confidentiality Strong organizational skills Experience using Microsoft Excel Time management skills to complete job duties within a tight time schedule Working knowledge of PC operation and applications Dealership and/or automotive experience is a plus Experience with CDK software a plus Excellent communication abilities are a must Must pass pre-employment background screenings Why Capital?
