Our offices in Charlotte and Durham, North Carolina and Greenville, South Carolina provide services to companies throughout the Carolinas, as well as traveling to various other locations as requested by clients. Our clients rely on us to tear down and move modular office systems (workstations), chairs, shelving, and other miscellaneous office furniture from one location to another as well as performing wood touch up and repair work when needed. • Installation Manager Job Overview Organizes and manages the operations schedule, assigning labor to jobs according to specifications provided by Project Managers.

Communicates regularly with Project Managers regarding job progress, staffing needs, issues that arise, and any crew adjustments so schedules can be updated accordingly. Works with Project Managers to review upcoming installations to ensure all necessary hardware, materials, and equipment are available or purchased prior to the job start date. Coordinates the ordering, scheduling, and delivery of major equipment, such as lifts or specialty machinery, when required for projects. Ensures installers are assigned to the appropriate teams to support on-the-job training for new installers and continued training for experienced installers learning new systems or techniques. Requests and coordinates subcontract labor as needed, assigning subcontractors to appropriate jobs while considering their experience and familiarity with systems and processes. Performs administrative duties related to Installation Teams, including employee reviews, development, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is clean, neat, and highly organized. This includes all stored product, supplies, equipment, parts, vehicles, etc. Performs other duties as necessary.
