Office Manager - High Point We are searching for a passionate, driven Office Manager to lead our office and help create an exceptional experience for both patients and team members. Position Overview As the Office Manager, you will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on oversight, ensuring seamless daily operations while fostering a professional, welcoming, and high-performing workplace environment.
What You Will Do:
Lead day-to-day office operations including scheduling, productivity, collections, receivables, and expense control Drive new patient growth through community outreach and collaboration with marketing Oversee the office's online reputation and empower the team to earn 5-star patient experiences Coach, mentor, and inspire team members while ensuring compliance with company policies Handle daily closings, deposits, and end-of-month reporting in collaboration with the Regional Director Address patient and team concerns with professionalism, compassion, and confidence Provide ongoing staff training and development beyond initial onboarding Maintain appropriate doctor-to-patient ratios for optimal efficiency and care Lead daily morning huddles and conduct engaging monthly staff meetings Manage quarterly inventory and office supply needs Participate in corporate initiatives and company-wide communications Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For :
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required 2 years of dental management experience Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Confident problem-solver with proven conflict resolution skills Professional, patient-focused, and service-driven mindset Comfortable with dental software and computer systems (Denticon experience is a plus!) Ability to lift 15-20 lbs
