Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Assistant to help our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, coordinating vendor relationships, and supporting overall office efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for creating a productive workplace atmosphere. Join us to help foster an organized, welcoming, and dynamic office space that empowers our team to excel! Duties Perform daily office operations, including filling and bookkeeping Coordinate scheduling with production team for new home construction work. Manage accounts receivables by communicating with customers about payment schedules and proper processing of invoices. Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities to promote a positive work culture. Maintain filing systems, perform clerical duties, and ensure all administrative processes adhere to company policies. Support medical or specialized office management tasks if applicable, including compliance with relevant regulations. Foster effective communication with our H2A employees Experience Proven experience in an office environment with the ability to multi task in a fast pace office environment. Strong background in administrative support roles with extensive office experience. Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks. Experience in estimating and doing Job take offs Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette for multi-line phone systems.
