Job Description

Description Summary :
Supports Corporate Managers and Directors of Revenue Strategy through reporting, data entry, and implementing strategy by utilizing brand and intracompany systems as directed
Role Responsibilities:
Provides daily reporting and strategy implementation in a timely manner to positively impact hotels revenue performance using brand systems such as, Travelclick platforms (AG360, Demand360, Rate360), Delphi reporting, rate loading, pricing changes, intracompany systems and reporting and adhoc analysis. Maintains a weekly transient pace that extends out 60 days and is stored on the company database for an assigned group of hotels that may fluctuate. Assists in prep work to provide a day by day forecast recommendation, transient and group subtotals, 30-60-90 days twice per month for most hotels, once per week for a select number of hotels. Executes company roll-up reports on a weekly basis for hotel pace, segmentation reporting, and owner decks. Performs shop reporting manually and via Rate360 for special events and extended stay properties as assigned. Assists in STR data reporting. Reviews the GDS Recon tool (HT360 report or Demand Agency) monthly to identify a minimum of 10 target accounts to be forwarded to corporate managers and/or sales teams as directed for account pursuit. Attends and participates in all required departmental stand-up meetings, office hours, and trainings. Maintains positive and constructive relationships with Hotels Leaders, Regional Teams, Corporate staff, and all Brand Liaisons. Provides the highest quality of service to the customer at all times. Represents Concord Hospitality and any other hotels once developed, in a professional manner at all times. Some travel may be required; expectation is 5% of time.
Qualifications:
Prior front office or sales coordinator experience in the hospitality industry preferred. Marriott experience a plus. Proficient in excel. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communications skills. Good multi-tasking skills.

Pay Range:
