Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, emails, and texts, conducting estimates, and scheduling jobs. The ideal candidate is friendly, highly organized, and a proactive problem-solver with excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities Communicate with customers and prospects via phone, text, and email. Perform estimates, schedule jobs, invoice customers, and perform collections. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services, pricing, and availability. Make employee schedules. Maintain customer data in CRM software. Administer email marketing and social media marketing campaigns. Maintain records and documents. Order supplies and take inventory. Periodically review policies and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with Operations Manager in performing estimates, scheduling jobs, and resolving customer complaints Fill in for Operations Manager when he is out of the office Use a personal phone with our Google voice number for customer interaction. A separate work phone will not be provided. Requirements At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Experience with
Google Workspace Hours:
7:30-4:30, Monday-Friday (in-office only)
Benefits Salary:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Matching retirement 96 hours accrued PTO (4 hours per pay period), 6 paid holidays No health, vision, or dental.
